It’s hard to believe that I’ve been photographing weddings at The Pavilion at Sandy Pines since the day they started offering them. The Demotte, Indiana wedding venue still offers stunning opportunities for wedding photos, heartfelt outdoor ceremonies and celebrations in an open air environment.
Katie and Chris’ June wedding saw wonderful Summer temperatures with periods of rain, that honestly, made the greens even more rich. We had umbrellas on standby, but they went unused.
This is a sneak peek look at their day, starting with bride and groom getting ready.

Groom prep saw gift openings for both Dads, along with the groom trying on his new watch and reading a card from his bride to be.

Before we set off to explore the grounds at this beautiful golf course wedding venue, we had two first looks and a vow reading.

The outdoor wedding ceremony had a slight rain delay before guests took their seats and members of the wedding party came down the aisle.
The bride was escorted by her Dad, while Chris’ Dad took on officiant duties.

Wedding receptions at The Pavilion at Sandy Pines allow for the feeling of outdoors while still under the protective cover of a roof.
Katie and Chris did a faux exit with sparklers before getting back onto the dance floor, where The Party Proz were mixing a variety of music.
