Wedding At Medinah Country Club

What a wonderful day for Bridget and Bruce’s wedding at Medinah Country Club!

Medinah Country Club, located in the charming city of Medinah, Illinois, is a premier venue for weddings and events. Boasting three championship golf courses and a lavish clubhouse, couples are promised a luxurious and unforgettable experience. The spectacular club is perfect for hosting a grand reception, with multiple elegant ballrooms to choose from, each decorated with ornate chandeliers, plush carpeting, and stunning artwork.

Our day started at the homes of the bride and groom’s families before we went to Saint Mary’s Church in Mokena, Illinois, for the Catholic wedding ceremony.

While Bridget and her crew took a lovely and quaint trolley as transportation to the church, Bruce rode in a convertible red Corvette on this beautiful Summer day.

Ceremony

The church ceremony saw Bridget beaming as she walked down the aisle.

This beautiful and sacred event was steeped in tradition. The ceremony included several key elements, including readings from the Bible, prayers, and hymns. The ceremony also included the blessing and exchange of rings, the lighting of the unity candle, and the final blessing from the priest.

It was a beautiful and meaningful celebration of love and faith.

Portraits

Family photos were taken at the church and with the newlyweds before we arrived at Medinah Country Club for wedding photos around the picturesque grounds and the stunningly gorgeous architecture of the rotunda.

Reception

The Medinah Country Club clubhouse is a stunning and iconic architectural marvel that takes your breath away. Built in 1924, the clubhouse boasts grandeur and elegance with its Tudor-style architecture and sprawling grounds. The clubhouse's interior is equally impressive, featuring high ceilings, intricate woodwork, and grand chandeliers that create a warm and inviting ambiance.

Bridget and Bruce used this wonderful wedding venue for the cocktail house and celebrating on the dance floor.
