Fall Wedding At Journeyman Distillery In Three Oaks, Michigan
Emily told me she was “obsessed with this alley” located between the Acorn Theater and rustic wedding venue Thornton Distillery in Three Oaks, Michigan. And so it would be, her and Josh on wedding day in the wonderfully shabby chic alley as seen above as well as all over the popular southwest Michigan wedding venue.
Our day started inside the bridal suite on the top floor right next to Warren Hall where the ceremony and reception took place.
All of her bridesmaids (including last year’s bride Sarah) and both moms were on hand for hair and makeup and to support the “wife of the party”.

First Looks
We had two first looks with Dad going first inside with Josh waiting patiently outside. Then it was onto wedding party group pictures as well as the soon to be married couple.

Ceremony
The ceremony and reception both took place inside the spacious Warren Room which has a rustic, loft like vibe to it. Light streamed in from the windows and the candle lit tables provided even more ambiance as Emily strolled into the room with her Dad and danced out with Josh.

Reception
I loved the vinyl records as guest book idea and the candles seemed endless when looking across the room. It appeared as though one of the bridesmaids grew quite a bit of facial hair since the morning as entrances happened.
The dance floor was rocking all night and I had a ton of fun capturing dancers of all ages.
