Jordan and Kendall's rustic barn wedding at The Harold Wheeler Community Center Barn in Crown Point, Indiana saw lots of sunshine and very pleasant temperatures. Our day started at the bride's mom's house with hair and makeup while the groom put out the pumpkin spice donuts at the cake table. Jordan's grandmother held up the dress she made for the bride up in the barn loft.
The ceremony took place inside the big red barn with guests sitting in the wooden chairs and light streaming in each of the barn door entrances. The flower girl looked on with great interest.
After family photos it was time for wedding party group shots as well pictures of the newlyweds.
I love the stream of lights that hang over the dance floor at the barn. It adds a great ambiance to reception pictures of the party and dancing. The semi open slats of the barn let little rays of the fading sunlight into the barn for the first dance adding even more to the rustic feel of the day.
